The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is issuing a regulation that hotels, mosques and shopping
malls can be built on the runways and
taxiways of the airports! There
is a Ministry of Transport in Turkey, There
is the airport authority DHMI, There
is the Civil Aviation Authority SHGM, There
is THY, Turkey's largest flag carrier airline, yet none of them can ask what
this regulation means and what
its consequences might be, and why the Ministry
of Agriculture and Forestry has prepared and published such a regulation in an area that does
not concern them. |

Le
ministère de l'Agriculture
et des Forêts publie un règlement selon lequel des hôtels, des
mosquées et des centres commerciaux peuvent être construits sur les pistes et les voies de circulation des aéroports ! Il existe un ministère des transports en Turquie, Il y a l'autorité aéroportuaire DHMI, Il y a l'Autorité de l'Aviation SHGM, Il y a
THY, la plus grande compagnie aérienne porte-drapeau de Turquie. Aucun d'entre eux ne peut se demander ce que signifie ce règlement et quelles pourraient être ses conséquences, et pourquoi le ministère de l'Agriculture et des Forêts a préparé et publié un tel règlement dans un domaine qui
ne les concerne pas. |

At aerodromes or at airports, runways, taxiways, aprons and adjacent areas, facilities that enable aircraft
to take off, land and
perform ground maneuvers, meet the fuel, maintenance
and other needs of the aircraft and load and unload
cargo and passengers, and in certain cases, directly Buildings and structures used for flight
activities or some parts of them and places
where access is controlled to all of these sections and facilities that will meet the
essential needs of passengers such as health, hotels, motels, restaurants, fuel stations, religious facilities, terminal buildings, shopping units, may be allowed. |

Havaalanı veya havalimanlarında pistlere, taksi yollarına, apron ve bunlara
bitişik sahalara, hava araçlarının kalkmasını, inmesini ve yer manevralarını
yapmasını sağlayan, hava araçlarının yakıt, bakım ve diğer ihtiyaçlarının
karşılanmasını ve yük ile yolcu indirilip bindirilmesini temin edici
tesislere ve belirli durumlarda doğrudan uçuş faaliyeti amacıyla kullanılan
bina ve yapılara veya bunların bazı kısımlarına ve bu bölümlerin hepsine girişin
kontrollü olduğu yerler ile yolcuların sağlık, otel, motel, lokanta,
akaryakıt istasyonu, dini tesis, terminal binaları, alışveriş üniteleri gibi
zaruri ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak tesislere izin verilebilir. |

les installations qui permettent aux aéronefs de décoller, d'atterrir et d'effectuer des manœuvres au sol, de répondre aux besoins en carburant, d'entretien et autres de l'aéronef et de charger et décharger le fret et les passagers, et dans certains cas, uniquement Bâtiments et structures utilisés pour les activités
de vol ou certaines parties de ceux-ci et lieux
où l'accès est contrôlé à l'ensemble de ces sections et installations qui répondront aux besoins essentiels
des passagers tels que la santé,
les hôtels, les motels, les
restaurants, les stations-service, les installations religieuses, les aérogares, les unités commerciales,
peuvent être autorisées. |
